Maxivive commits itself to propose a return within 14 days following the delivery date for any product bought on www.maxivive.com that would not fully provide satisfaction.
Please note that products purchased on websites other than www.maxivive.com won’t be eligible for return. In case of a purchase on another website, we invite to refer to the wholesaler customer care.

The parcel has to be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days after the return request submission.

Our online staff, with the help of our Quality Support, will evaluate the product before proceeding with the return.

To proceed: Fill Out the Return Form.

Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, not worn previously, contains all the related elements given at the time of purchase (box, accessories, labels, leaflets, etc.) including all tags still attached and is in its original packaging.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
